Minor - Model Fixes and Hat Model

More Volume to neck 

Curve to spine 

Less gravity on sleeve 

Added Belt to leg as per her design





I think the Hat looks okay, but the feather looks very wrong and since I'm not sure how to go about building it correctly.

    The model looks really good! if you're struggling with the feather something that might help is using planes and model it strips at a time. Sorry if the explanation is confusing but hopefully that helps :)
