I wanted to test these scenes with some music from bensound, to see if this animatic could be done with soundtracks and not sound effects. I think it does work kind of well, but if I were to take this into a proper animation, I would try to write my own music, or hire someone to do so.
I think diegetic sound is important here too, Annie - doors slamming as acts of aggression, the monotone humming of the factory etc - think expressionistically - how can sound tell your story too?
ReplyDeleteI'll take the time to test diagetic sound come my next test. :) I want to make some more progress with redrawing my animatic first. Should have it done and up this weekend so I can then focus on my pre vis and art of.
